1).The sense of sand thickness with exquisite, soft and strong metallic finishing; non-easy contaminate by finger mark. Keeping consistent and even in the plating, the color is matte white with slight lustre.
2).This process is applied to all upscale hardware and plastic(Bathware, Furniture hardware, Computer, Electron device and etc.)
3) This Pearl Nickel can be instead of HX-SC1 fine-white sand agent or HX-SC2 semi-white sand agent per the requirements of products.

3. The ingredients for plating solution ofPearlNickel
1). Pour 60% water into the clean barrel and heat it to60℃.
2). Add all necessary Nickel sulfate, Nickel chloride and Boric acid; mix them to dissolve completely.
3). Add 2-5g/L of the Carbon Activated and stir with hours.
4). Filter the plating solution to clean plating tank and under-current electrolyze 6-8 hours with 1V voltage.
5). Adjust the PH value within the operation scopes and add the requested water.
6). Add the Pearl Nickel HX-SA and HX-SB while stirring. (Add HX-SC after dilute to 10 times of water and stir gently, motionless electrolyte 10-20 minutes for the plating solution after stirring it with10 minutes, then start to plating).
7). Strong recommend using the air pump for circulation in production.
4. The management and maintenance for plating solution ofPearlNickel
Regularly analyse the elementary ingredients of plating solution and adjust the volumes within operation scopes. Conduct the Hull Cell Testing before daily operation to adjust the additive volume under the optimum condition, or refer to below additive volume for adjustment.

2). Refer to the standard make-up volume for the new barrel.
3). Refill volume for running 8 hours without filter the plating solution.

4). Refill make-up volume after wick filter the plating solution.

5). Refill volume after filter by wick and toner.
